Parkfield House has rooms, office spaces, grounds and gardens that can be hired flexibly to meet the needs of your group, club or organisation!
Do you need a space to hold your community meeting, a regular activity session, or perhaps a larger event?
Parkfield boasts a central location, onsite parking, beautiful grounds and lawn, kitchen facilities and a unique space to facilitate events of every shape or size.
As a CIC, our prices are extremely competitive, and all room fees are reinvested back into People’s Parkfield.

The Lounge
Our largest indoor bookable space, The Lounge boasts stunning views of Parkfield’s lawn and an outlook towards Paignton seafront, high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and capacity for up to 45 people.
Perfect space for networking, events, larger meetings or regular clubs. The room is fully accessible.

The Panel Room
The Panel room is packed full of period charm and showcases many original features of the House.
The Panel room provides a perfect space for smaller gatherings for up to 12 people; Ideal for meetings, workshops or private events. The room is fully accessible.

The Library
The Library is another attractive, multi-functional space Parkfield has to offer.
The Library is perfectly positioned to accommodate meetings for up to 16 people. The space is quiet and private, and provides a professional and unique setting for a variety of occasions.

The Lawn
Parkfield’s beautiful Lawn offers the perfect flexible outside space for large events, celebrations, performances, community gatherings and everything in between.
The Lawn comfortably holds 100 people and can accommodate a marquee or similar temporary structures commonly used for events.

Please note all prices exclusive of VAT. Weekend and Evening hire incurs additional staffing costs of £15/hour
All rooms have wifi and access to kitchen facilities, toilets, and limited parking, TV/flip chart stands and speakers if required.
How to Book
Until our online booking system is up and running, please contact our Centre Manager Mark for details about spaces available and costs.
In Parkfield House we have our Lounge and Library available to hire, as well as one to one counselling rooms.
Outside we have raised beds in our beautiful walled garden, a fantastic lawn for outdoor events, and a wooded walk that can be enjoyed by everyone.
All of our spaces are available for the community, voluntary sector, and social enterprises to use and our prices can be factored into funding applications if required.
We can only do this with your generous support.
