Current Opportunities:

As Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our financial health and supporting our growth. Your work will help us expand the services we provide to the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading financial planning and strategy
  • Ensuring strong financial governance and compliance
  • Managing budgets and financial forecasting
  • Working with our bookkeeper (Xero) and accountants
  • Reporting to the board with clear insights and recommendations
  • Supporting funding bids and grant applications
  • Identifying and managing financial risks

As Operations Director, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of our organisation. Working closely with the Centre Manager and board, you’ll help oversee projects, improve processes, and support the delivery of our vision.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and improving operational systems and processes

Supporting strategic planning alongside the board and stakeholders

Overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

Managing the effective use of resources, including budgets and staffing.

In this role, you’ll help ensure our buildings and grounds are safe, well-maintained, and fit for community use. You’ll work closely with our Centre Manager to support the ongoing development of our historic site, including our Grade II listed Victorian villa, stable block, and walled garden.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing maintenance and safety across all buildings and facilities
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards
  • Supporting strategic planning for site improvements and development
  • Managing budgets for maintenance and site services
  • Overseeing contractors and supplier relationships
  • Promoting sustainable and efficient site management practices

As Director of Commercial Strategy & Marketing, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our financial sustainability and raising our profile. Your work will help us grow our impact and expand the services we offer to the community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering a commercial strategy to support long-term sustainability
  • Identifying new income streams and funding opportunities
  • Leading marketing and communications to raise awareness and engagement
  • Building partnerships with local organisations, businesses, and supporters
  • Monitoring performance through KPIs and reporting progress to the board
