Our Story
People’s Parkfield CIC proudly stewards Parkfield House and Gardens, a historic Victorian villa steeped in over two centuries of local heritage. Our mission is to restore this landmark to its former glory, transforming it into a thriving hub where community partners and organisations collaborate to deliver projects for the benefit of the Young People of Paignton and Torbay residents.

Skatepark and BMX Track
Parkfield House boasts fantastic facilities that cater to all ages and abilities. Our skatepark is a popular spot where young people can develop their skills, make new friends, and enjoy the thrill of skating in a safe environment. Additionally, our BMX track regularly hosts competitions, offering an exciting platform for young riders to showcase their talents and compete in a supportive community.
